UMass Memorial Health has a new remote access portal effective March 4. Please access the new remote access portal via https://connect.umassmemorial.org. Please consider logging out and using the new portal now. After Monday, May 4 access to FollowMe Desktop access will be granted on an as-needed basis. To request legacy FMD access submit a ticket via IS Self-Service Portal (https://umassmemorial.service-now.com/sp) or please call the IS Support Center at 508-334-8800.

Option 1 Continue to legacy FollowMe Desktop Effective May 4, access is limited and granted on a case-by-case basis. Click "Continue" to proceed to the existing legacy remote desktop experience for this session.
